Called them to fix a door closer problem. They got the job done quickly and no problems after. Decided to try them for a complete replacement of my oversize shop entry door. Door order, communication, delivery, and installation went perfectly so I decided to employ them a third time to replace a door to a rental unit. Third door installation ran into problems with my building which they fixed immediately at no extra charge. Three separate experiences with this company all turned out to be as trouble free as could be.

We recently remodeled and opened a new business and every step was very stressful except getting our door from American Indistrial Door Company!!! We were working with Steve and he came out to our office the day I called to inquire about doors!! He had promised us a quote by the end of the week but he wanted to try to reduce our costs so he emailed to ask if he could have a few extra days and we had our quote by Monday!! Once we ordered the door, Steve was amazing about communicating the whole process and when there were hang ups so we were never left in the dark about our door! We had to wait for the window company to ship the window for our door but the second the window came in Steve had the door made and it was delivered and installed in our office the same day!! The guy who installed the door was soooo nice and did a really great job!! We had a large shipment delivered to the office while he was working and he even helped me get a few of the larger boxes hauled up the stairs! This company definitely goes above and beyond!!! We will definitely give them a call the next time we need a door!
